Straight answers on cost, how customers find you, Live status, and your data.
How much does it cost?
Nothing right now. During our community launch, listings are free: profile, menu, hours, map location, QR feedback, and a shareable page. No payment is required to create a listing. Optional paid tools may come later, and we will tell you before anything changes.
How do customers find me?
Diners open our San Antonio map to see who's serving now. You appear by cuisine and location, with a shareable page built to show up in Google. The fresher your status and location, the more visible you are.
Why should I join?
It's the free way to be on the map locals check before they pick a truck, and the honest Live now status means people come when you're actually open.
Do I need an app?
No. It runs in any phone browser, yours and your customers'. Nothing to download or update.
Do I need technical skills?
No. If you can post to Facebook, you can run your listing. Setup takes about a minute.
Can I update my location?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Set your pin wherever you're parked today.
How does Live status work?
Tap Go Live when you open and diners see a green Live now. It auto-expires after 4 hours, and you can turn it off anytime you close early, so a forgotten status clears itself.
What happens if I forget to update?
Nothing bad. Your status quietly becomes unconfirmed with a last-updated time instead of a misleading green light. Within a few hours the green light clears on its own.
Can I upload my menu?
Yes: items, descriptions, and prices if you want to show them.
Can I link my social media?
Yes. Add Instagram and other links, and use Copy Live Post to share that you're open in two taps.
Can customers contact me?
Yes. Add your phone, email, and socials; customers can reach you and leave would-you-come-back feedback via your QR code.
Can I remove my listing?
Yes. You control your listing and can hide or remove it anytime.
Can someone create a fake truck pretending to be me?
Every listing requires an authorization certification, and every listing page has a Report link. We remove or correct unauthorized or false listings. If you see a fake of your truck, email hello@satxstreeteats.com and we'll act fast.
How is my information protected?
See our Privacy policy. We don't sell your data, and you choose what's public on your page.
What if my truck is seasonal or I take breaks?
Just stop tapping Go Live. Your page stays up as unconfirmed, and you pick back up anytime. No penalty.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. We're not a payments or ordering platform. What customers buy at your window is 100% yours.
Is there a paid plan?
Not right now. Everything on the platform is included free during the community launch. If we introduce optional paid tools later, we will tell you first and you choose what fits.
