SATXStreetEats provides a platform for discovering and listing food trucks in San Antonio, Texas. You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or interfere with other users' experience.

2. Food Truck Owner Accounts

If you register as a food truck owner, you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information including location, hours, menu, and contact details. Listings are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our guidelines or contain false information.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion for billing errors.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (truck descriptions, photos, menus). By submitting content, you grant SATXStreetEats a license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, offensive, or that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SATXStreetEats is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of truck locations, hours, or menu information, as this is supplied by truck owners. Always verify directly with the food truck before visiting.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SATXStreetEats shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
