SMS Messaging Terms

SATXStreetEats SMS notifications are operated by Miranmi Consulting & Analytics LLC. These terms describe our order-notification text messaging program.

1. Program description

When you place a food order through SATXStreetEats (satxstreeteats.com), we send you a text message to let you know when your order is ready for pickup. These are transactional order-status messages only: we do not send marketing or promotional texts.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the optional “Text me when it’s ready” box on the SATXStreetEats order page and entering your mobile number there, before you pay. The box is never pre-checked, and opting in is optional: it is not a condition of placing your order. If you leave the box unchecked, we send you no messages. Consent is given per order.

How customers opt in

The consent checkbox, the mobile-number field, and the full disclosure (message frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, and a link to these terms) appear together on the SATXStreetEats order page, before any payment is taken. The image below shows both states exactly as the customer sees them: the default (checkbox unchecked, no phone collected) and the affirmative opt-in (customer checks the box and enters their number).

3. Message frequency

We send one message per order (when your order is ready). This is not a recurring or subscription program.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive no further messages.

6. Help

7. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
